Minimum 10 years R&D / Technical Management expertise
in a fragrance related environment
Strong chemistry or equivalent background
Leadership skills
Key Job functions:
Worldwide responsibility for new technical innovations and developments
Identification of key areas of opportunities in new and
emerging product categories
Maximise all “in-house” technologies
Developping new technical innovations in all product segments
Main competences:
Strong leadership skills and teammotivator
Strong interpersonal and presentations skills
Identifikation with the company and the Fragrance-Industry
Language:
English

Headquaters in Uk but in all other stron Fragrance centers
