Position:
Gobal Accounts Manager Fragrances
for iberchem a successful strong growing Fragrance company
with HQ in South of Spain
Areas of Experience:
Minimum 8 – 10 years expereince within the Fragrabnce industry
Proven track record managing multinational, regional or strategic accounts
Experience working in an international and matrix environment
Key Job functions:
Develop and executen global account plans for assigned customers
Within the designated accounts, to build long-term relationships with all senior stakeholders
Identify business opportunities across all fragrances
Increase customer penetration through strategic project pipelines and
new category development
Main competences:
Entrepreneurship and highly result oriented
Degree in Business, Marketing,Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
Strong commercial negotiation and relationship-building skills
Language:
Fluent English and preferable Spanish, French well appreciated
