Welcome to the new website of ffci – flavor-fragrance-cosmetics-ingredients. We are an international operating company specialized in HR for the world of fragrance, flavor, cosmetics and ingredients.

My name is Roland Thurmayr and have been in the Flavor- and Fragrance-Industry for 27years at an executive level. My last position was C.O.O. at drom fragrances international where I was responsible for HR , operations worldwide and for the development of new markets such as China, India, Indonesia, Turkey , Mexico and Brazil.

More recently, for the last 5 years I have set up my own company, ffci “ flavor –fragrance – cosmetics – ingredients – executive search international GmbH, to recruit for my growing list of customers and clients, experts and specialists to match their HR needs.

Together with partners in Latin America and Asia, we are recruiting in the F+F industry experts and specialists in the fields of Management (CEO, COO,CFO),CMI, Perfumery, Flavor-Development, Category – Management, Quality management, Safety and Regulation, Evaluation, Procurement, Marketing and Sales, Application Technology and Production worldwide.

As a small team (all from the Fragrance and Flavor Industry ), we work in Europe, Middle East, North – and (more recently) Middle-Africa, Turkey, Singapore, India, Indonesia, Mexico, China, and in Brazil. We are able to recruit very flexibly, quickly, cheaper and more economically than the big Consulting companies. We have access to a global and central database which contains more than 3000 active Experts in the Fragrance and Flavor industries with potential candidates who are looking for new challenges!
