Areas of Experience:
Minimum 10 years experience in B2B in the Fragrance industry
Knowledge about the Turkish culture and markets in this industry
Key Job functions:
Manage sales and technical support
Full P+L resbonsibilities
Smooth transition from existing distributor to the company
Build an organisational structure for business expansion
Develop and build team capability

High level of Entrepreneurship
To work very close with the Management in HQ
