Food Technology Specialist-Consultant
for Meat& Poultry
Areas of Experience:
5 to 12 years expertise in processing and
applications for sausages, poultry, nuggets /coated products
injection /brining, deli/ cooked meats
marinades /ready meals
Key Job functions:
Create / optimize recipes and processing parameters
Run food additives recipes trials and sale-up
Customer technical support
R&D for new recipes and final products
Language:
English any additional language welcome
Starting Date/ working time
Any time and up to 40 hours per month
Location:
Remote from home base and regular visits in the Headquaters in Malta
